The GASTOP detector is an electronic device for detecting gas leaks in the home. It is designed and manufactured in accordance with new safety and user safeguard standards (UNI-CEI 70028). It has pre-set electronic probes with sensitivity lower than 20% I.E.L. which cannot be changed. Sound alarm (85dB(A) 1m). Switching contact. Built in. Available in two colours: white and anthracite grey. Adaptable to the most common plates, for example:

• Bticino series LIVING INTERNATIONAL and LIGHT
• Ave series BANQUISE and NOIR
• Vimar series IDEA and IDEA RONDO’.
  
  It fits in perfectly with the electrical wiring system in your home.

  It is available in two versions, depending on the detection required, for leaks of: • METHANE •LPG

The built in GASTOP gas leak detector is set to detect a concentration between 5% and 15% I.E.L. (Inferior explosion limit), this limit varies on the basis of room conditions, but never exceeds 20% I.E.L. during the first 4 years of use. Just one minute after turning it on, the TEST procedure can be run to check it works correctly. The GASTOP must be positioned as shown in the diagram above. We recommend that a specialised electrician installs the detector.
